Welcome to Run the Show. These terms and conditions govern your use of buildyourbizonline.com and your purchase of the Run the Show programme, including the masterclass, programme content, private Doing Sessions, the Run the Show Review Session and associated digital products.
By accessing this website, registering for the masterclass or purchasing the programme, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not proceed.
Our website uses cookies. Please see our Privacy and Cookies Policy for information about how we use cookies and personal data.
1. About Us
1.1 buildyourbizonline.com is owned and operated by RST Developments Ltd, trading as Build Your Business Online and BYBO Digital. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 05792385, with our registered office at 20-22 Wedlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom.
1.2 Run the Show is a digital programme and sub-brand operated by BYBO Digital under the same legal entity.
1.3 You can contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone on +44 (0)1271 815128.
1.4 Our office is not staffed on weekends or public holidays. We aim to reply to general enquiries within 48 hours during our normal working days.
2. The Free Masterclass
2.1 We offer a free pre-recorded masterclass, The Three Invisible Leaks Draining Your Business – And How to Fix Them, which is available to watch after registration via buildyourbizonline.com.
2.2 To access the masterclass, you must register with your name and email address. By registering, you agree to receive the masterclass link and a short series of follow-up emails relating to the masterclass and the Run the Show programme. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails.
2.3 The masterclass is provided free of charge for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional financial, legal, tax or business advice. Any examples or results discussed are illustrative and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same outcome.
2.4 Where advertised, a limited-time enrolment bonus, including the Run the Show Business Hub, may be available to people who purchase Run the Show within 48 hours of first accessing the masterclass page. The 48-hour period begins when you first access the relevant page and may be tracked automatically by our platform.
2.5 We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or replace the masterclass, promotional offers or enrolment bonuses. Any changes will not remove a bonus already included in a purchase you have completed.
3. The Run the Show Programme
3.1 Run the Show is a four-month practical online business programme for service providers. It is delivered through our programme platform, FreedomKit, a white-label version of GoHighLevel.
3.2 The programme is designed for service providers, including but not limited to designers, virtual assistants, copywriters, bookkeepers, developers, consultants and other people providing services to clients.
3.3 The programme is presented by Kathy Rustell and Jennifer Rustell, who bring experience in business development, website strategy, digital business and related areas.
Nothing in Run the Show constitutes professional financial, accounting, legal, tax, medical or therapeutic advice. You remain responsible for your own business decisions and should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
3.4 The programme contains 12 core training modules together with workbooks, calculators, templates, scripts, swipe files, checklists and other practical business tools.
The programme also includes a fourth month, Make It Stick, which is designed to give you dedicated time to finish outstanding work, put your Business Hub to use, work through your 90-Day Plan and review the systems you have put in place.
3.5 Programme content is released progressively.
Weeks 1 and 2 are available when you enrol. Further content is released in stages throughout the programme.
We may make reasonable adjustments to the release schedule where necessary. If a material change affects participants, we will let you know.
3.6 Your purchase includes private support with Kathy during the programme:
three 30-minute private Doing Sessions, one during each of the first three months; and
one final 60-minute Run the Show Review Session during Month 4.
Further details are set out in Section 9.
3.7 Results vary between participants and depend on factors including your starting position, your business, the time and effort you put into the programme, how you use the materials and wider market conditions.
We do not guarantee any particular financial result, increase in prices, number of clients, level of revenue or other specific business outcome.
4. Purchase and Payment
4.1 The programme is available at the price shown on buildyourbizonline.com when you purchase.
We may change our prices in future, but a later price change will not affect a purchase you have already completed.
4.2 At the time these terms were last updated, the payment options are:
Pay in full: £1,000 + VAT, making a total payment of £1,200.
Payment plan: four monthly payments of £325, making a total payment of £1,300.
The payment plan is explained further in Section 5.
4.3 Payment is processed securely using Stripe. We do not store your complete payment-card details.
4.4 Your enrolment and access to the programme are confirmed once your full payment, or first instalment where applicable, has been successfully processed.
You will receive confirmation by email.
4.5 All prices are quoted in pounds sterling.
Where VAT applies, the VAT-inclusive amount payable will be shown before you complete your purchase.
5. Instalment Payments
5.1 If you choose the payment-plan option, you agree to make four monthly payments of £325.
The first payment is taken when you purchase. The remaining three payments will normally be collected on the corresponding date in each following month.
5.2 The payment plan allows you to spread the cost of the programme. It is not a monthly subscription that can be cancelled simply because you stop participating.
Subject to your statutory rights and the 14-day money-back guarantee in Section 6, all four instalments remain due.
5.3 If a payment fails, we may attempt to collect it again and contact you to arrange payment.
If a payment remains outstanding for more than 14 days after its due date, we may temporarily suspend your programme access until the account is brought up to date.
Continued non-payment may result in termination of access and recovery of any amount properly due.
5.4 The 14-day money-back guarantee in Section 6 applies to payment-plan purchases as well as purchases made in full.
Where a valid refund is due, we will refund programme payments already received and cancel any remaining programme instalments.
6. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
6.1 In addition to any statutory rights that apply to your purchase, Run the Show comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
If, after accessing the programme and making a genuine attempt to work through the material available to you during the first 14 days, you decide Run the Show is not right for you, you may request a refund within 14 days of your enrolment date.
6.2 To request a refund, email [email protected] within the 14-day period and provide:
your name;
the email address used for your purchase; and
a brief explanation of why Run the Show was not right for you.
Eligible refunds will normally be processed within five business days.
6.3 The Run the Show money-back guarantee ends after 14 days.
After this period, refunds under this particular guarantee are not available simply because you decide not to complete the programme or have not used all of the content.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
6.4 We reserve the right to investigate suspected misuse of the guarantee. For example, this may include circumstances where someone has systematically copied or downloaded materials for purposes outside genuine participation and immediately requested a refund.
Any decision we make under this clause will not affect rights you have under applicable law.
6.5 Nothing in this section limits or removes any statutory rights available to you.
7. Access and Use
7.1 When you enrol, you will receive personal access to Run the Show through FreedomKit.
Your account is for your individual use and must not be shared, transferred, sold or made available to another person.
7.2 You may view programme content and download workbooks, templates, swipe files and other resources for use within your own business.
You may adapt appropriate templates, scripts and resources for use with your own clients and business.
7.3 You must not distribute, publish, reproduce, resell or share the programme materials, whether in full or in substantial part, without our prior written permission.
7.4 You must not use Run the Show materials to create a competing training programme, membership, course, product or service.
You must not knowingly upload substantial amounts of proprietary Run the Show content into third-party artificial intelligence systems for the purpose of recreating, reproducing or training a competing product.
7.5 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
If you believe someone else has accessed your account without permission, please contact us promptly.
7.6 We may suspend or terminate programme access where there has been a serious or repeated breach of these terms.
Where appropriate, we will contact you before doing so and give you a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
8. Lifetime Access and Programme Updates
8.1 Your purchase includes lifetime access to the Run the Show digital programme materials.
For these purposes, lifetime access means access for as long as Run the Show continues to operate in substantially its current or replacement digital format.
8.2 Lifetime access does not mean the lifetime of an individual participant.
If Run the Show is permanently discontinued, we will where reasonably possible give existing participants advance notice and an opportunity to download relevant downloadable materials.
8.3 We may update, revise, replace or add to programme materials over time.
Where updated materials form part of the programme you purchased, they will normally be made available to you without additional charge.
We are not required to retain every previous version of content after it has been replaced or updated.
9. Private Doing Sessions and Run the Show Review
9.1 Your programme includes four private sessions with Kathy:
one 30-minute Doing Session during Month 1;
one 30-minute Doing Session during Month 2;
one 30-minute Doing Session during Month 3; and
one 60-minute Run the Show Review Session during Month 4.
9.2 The sessions are intended to help you apply Run the Show to your own business, including areas such as pricing, client communication, boundaries, pipeline, systems and your 90-Day Plan.
9.3 Sessions must be booked using the booking process provided within the programme.
We will offer a reasonable selection of appointment times but cannot guarantee availability on a particular date or at a particular time.
9.4 We ask that each monthly session is used within or reasonably close to the relevant programme month.
If you need to move a session because of genuine circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Unused sessions have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another person.
9.5 Sessions may normally be rescheduled where at least 48 hours' notice is given.
Where you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or do not attend, we may treat the session as used unless there are exceptional circumstances.
9.6 Additional private sessions, quarterly reviews or other ongoing support may be available separately.
Any additional support is not included in the Run the Show purchase price unless expressly stated and will be subject to the price and terms provided when you book it.
9.7 Doing Sessions and Run the Show Review Sessions provide practical business support. They are not financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, medical advice, therapy or counselling.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All intellectual property forming part of Run the Show belongs to RST Developments Ltd or is used by us with appropriate permission.
This includes, without limitation:
videos;
workbooks;
calculators;
templates;
scripts;
swipe files;
checklists;
frameworks;
programme structure and training materials;
the Run the Show brand;
Bitzy Woof;
Hullabaloo; and
associated graphics and imagery.
10.2 When you purchase Run the Show, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the programme materials within your own business.
Ownership of the intellectual property does not transfer to you.
10.3 You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell or commercially exploit the programme materials without our prior written permission.
10.4 Templates, scripts and swipe files that are intended to be customised may be adapted and used in your own business and client communications.
You must not resell, distribute or present the underlying Run the Show materials as products you created yourself.
10.5 Any free downloads provided in connection with the masterclass, including the Know Your Numbers Calculator, are subject to the same intellectual-property restrictions unless we tell you otherwise.
11. Testimonials and Case Studies
11.1 We may invite you to share feedback about Run the Show.
We will ask for your permission before using identifiable feedback as a testimonial or case study in our marketing.
11.2 We will not knowingly edit a testimonial in a way that materially misrepresents the participant's experience.
11.3 You may withdraw your consent for future use of an identifiable testimonial or case study by contacting us.
We will remove it from new and active marketing use as soon as reasonably practicable, although we may not be able to retrieve copies of material that has already been printed, distributed or independently shared.
12. Using This Website
12.1 You may use buildyourbizonline.com for lawful personal and business purposes.
You may print or save pages where reasonably required for your own use.
12.2 You must not:
deliberately damage or interfere with the website;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to restricted systems;
introduce malware or malicious software;
use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; or
use automated methods to scrape or reproduce substantial parts of our protected content without permission.
12.3 We may restrict access to parts of the website where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or protection of our rights.
13. Third-Party Platforms, Tools and Links
13.1 Run the Show is hosted using FreedomKit and associated third-party technology.
We will take reasonable steps to provide access to the programme but cannot guarantee that third-party platforms will operate without interruption at all times.
Where a technical problem occurs, we will take reasonable steps to resolve issues within our control.
13.2 Our website and programme may contain links to third-party websites and services.
Links are provided for convenience and information. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a link does not mean that we control or endorse the third-party provider.
13.3 Run the Show may discuss or recommend third-party business and AI tools.
Availability, functionality, pricing and terms of those tools may change and are outside our control.
You are responsible for deciding whether a third-party tool is appropriate for your business.
14. Our Responsibility to You
14.1 We will provide Run the Show and the services included with it with reasonable care and skill.
14.2 Business results cannot be guaranteed because outcomes depend on circumstances outside our control and on the actions you choose to take.
14.3 Where you purchase Run the Show wholly or mainly for the purposes of your trade or business, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential business losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.
Nothing in this section removes any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14.4 Where you purchase as a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights and remedies given to you by consumer law.
14.5 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
UK consumer guidance specifically warns businesses against terms that remove statutory rights or unfairly exclude responsibility for poor service, so this revised wording is intentionally less absolute than your previous liability clause.
15. Consumer Rights and Cancellation
15.1 If you purchase Run the Show as a consumer, you may have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and other applicable consumer legislation.
Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
15.2 Run the Show includes digital content that may be made available to you immediately after purchase.
Where consumer cancellation rules apply and you ask us to provide digital content during the statutory cancellation period, we may ask you during checkout to expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge the effect this may have on your statutory cancellation rights.
15.3 Any consent or acknowledgement required for immediate digital access will be presented separately as part of the purchase process where applicable.
15.4 The separate 14-day Run the Show money-back guarantee described in Section 6 is an additional contractual guarantee and does not replace or reduce any statutory rights that apply to you.
Official UK online-selling guidance says businesses supplying digital content immediately should obtain the customer's agreement to immediate supply and confirmation that they understand the impact on the 14-day cancellation right.
16. Confidentiality
16.1 We will treat information you share privately with us during Run the Show, including information about your business, clients, pricing, finances, pipeline and personal circumstances, as confidential.
We will not intentionally disclose private information to third parties unless:
it is reasonably necessary to deliver the service;
you have given us permission;
we are legally required to do so; or
disclosure is necessary to protect someone's safety or our legal rights.
16.2 Information discussed privately during your Doing Sessions and Run the Show Review will be treated in accordance with this section and our Privacy Policy.
16.3 You agree to respect the confidentiality of proprietary Run the Show frameworks, methods and materials that are not publicly available.
17. Data Protection
17.1 We process personal information in accordance with applicable UK data-protection law, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
RST Developments Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZA373034.
17.2 For more information about the personal data we collect, how we use it and your rights, please see our Privacy and Cookies Policy at buildyourbizonline.com/privacy-policy.
17.3 Data-protection enquiries can be sent to Kathy Rustell at [email protected].
18. Changes to These Terms
18.1 We may update these terms where reasonably necessary, for example because of changes to the programme, technology, pricing arrangements or applicable law.
18.2 Updated terms will apply to new purchases from the date they are published.
We will not use later changes to remove material rights or benefits that formed part of an existing participant's purchase without a valid reason.
18.3 Where a material change affects an existing participant, we will notify them where reasonably appropriate.
19. Governing Law
19.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
19.2 If you are purchasing as a consumer and live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in the courts applicable to where you live.
Nothing in these terms removes any jurisdiction rights that consumer law gives you.
