Welcome to Run the Show. These terms and conditions govern your use of buildyourbizonline.com and your purchase of the Run the Show programme, including the masterclass, all programme content, Power Boost calls, and any associated digital products. By accessing this website, registering for the masterclass, or purchasing the programme, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.

1. About Us
1.1 buildyourbizonline.com is owned and operated by RST Developments Ltd, trading as Build Your Business Online and BYBO Digital. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 05792385, with our registered office at 20-22 Wedlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom.
1.2 Run the Show is a digital programme and sub-brand operated by BYBO Digital under the same legal entity.

2. The Free Masterclass
2.1 We offer a free pre-recorded masterclass, "The Three Invisible Leaks Draining Your Business -- And How to Fix Them," which is available to watch after registration via buildyourbizonline.com.
2.2 To access the masterclass you must register with your name and email address. By registering you agree to receive the masterclass link and a short series of follow-up emails related to the content and the Run the Show programme. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
2.3 The masterclass is provided free of charge and is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional financial, legal, or business advice. Results described are illustrative and are not a guarantee of what you will achieve.
2.4 A limited-time enrolment bonus (the Run the Show Business Hub) is available to people who purchase the programme within 48 hours of first accessing the masterclass page. The 48-hour window begins when you first access the page and is tracked automatically by our platform. This window is personal to you and cannot be extended or transferred.
2.5 We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or replace the masterclass or the enrolment bonus at any time without notice.
3. The Run the Show Programme
3.1 Run the Show is a 12-week self-paced online programme delivered via our hosting platform, FreedomKit (a white-label version of Go High Level). It is designed for freelancers and service providers, including but not limited to designers, virtual assistants, copywriters, bookkeepers, and developers.
3.2 The programme is co-presented by Kathy Rustell and Jennifer Rustell who each hold expertise in business development, website and online business strategy, and associated fields. Nothing in the programme constitutes professional financial, legal, tax, or therapeutic advice, and it should not be relied upon as such. You remain responsible for your own business decisions.
3.3 Content is released in two tranches: Weeks 1 and 2 unlock immediately upon enrolment; Weeks 3 and 4 unlock on Day 15. Subsequent months release on a similar schedule. We reserve the right to adjust release schedules where necessary and will notify participants accordingly.
3.4 The programme includes video modules, workbooks, swipe files, templates, and three personal Power Boost check-in calls (one per month, 30 minutes each, with Kathy or Jennifer). Additional Power Boost sessions are available to book separately at a fee to be agreed at the time of booking.
3.5 Results achieved through the programme vary by individual and depend on factors including your starting position, your existing business, how consistently you apply the content, and external market conditions. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including income levels, pricing increases, or client acquisition.
4. Purchase and Payment
4.1 The programme is available at the price published on buildyourbizonline.com at the time of your purchase. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price change will not affect purchases already made.
4.2 Payment options available at the time of writing are: £997 paid in full, or £350 per month over three consecutive months. The instalment option is described further in Section 5.
4.3 Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
4.4 Your enrolment and access to the programme are confirmed once payment (or the first instalment) has been received and processed. You will receive confirmation by email.
4.5 All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. If your purchase is subject to VAT we will confirm this at the point of sale.
5. Instalment Payments
5.1 If you choose the instalment option, you agree to pay £350 per month for three consecutive months. The first payment is taken at the point of purchase; subsequent payments are taken on the same calendar date in each following month.
5.2 All three instalments are due regardless of your progress through the programme or whether you choose to continue engaging with the content. Electing not to complete the programme does not reduce or cancel your remaining payment obligations.
5.3 If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect it again. If payment remains outstanding for more than 14 days after the due date, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the programme until the outstanding amount is paid. Continued non-payment may result in termination of access and we reserve the right to pursue the outstanding balance.
5.4 The 14-day money-back guarantee described in Section 6 applies to the instalment option in the same way as to the full-payment option. A refund under the guarantee will be for the amount paid to date (the first instalment), and no further payments will be collected.
6. Money-Back Guarantee
6.1 We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the Run the Show programme. If, having worked through the first module and completed the associated exercises, you feel the programme is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your enrolment date.
6.2 To request a refund, email us at [email protected] within the 14-day window with your name, the email address used to purchase, and a brief explanation of why the programme has not met your expectations. We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
6.3 Refunds are not available after the 14-day window has passed, regardless of whether you have accessed all of the content.
6.4 We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we have reasonable grounds to believe the guarantee is being misused -- for example, where someone has downloaded all materials and requested a refund with no genuine engagement with the content.
6.5 Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
7. Access and Use
7.1 On enrolment you will be given personal access to the programme via FreedomKit. This access is for your individual use only and must not be shared, transferred, or resold.
7.2 You may access the programme content, download workbooks, swipe files, and templates, and use them for the purposes of improving your own business. You must not share, distribute, reproduce, or publish programme materials -- in whole or in part -- without our prior written permission.
7.3 You must not use any programme content for the purposes of creating a competing product or service, or for training artificial intelligence systems.
7.4 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at [email protected].
7.5 We may suspend or terminate access to the programme if you breach these terms, without refund.
8. Lifetime Access and Updates
8.1 We offer lifetime access to the programme content, meaning that as long as buildyourbizonline.com and the Run the Show programme remain operational, you will retain access to the content you purchased.
8.2 "Lifetime" in this context means the lifetime of the programme -- not your personal lifetime. If we cease to operate the programme, or substantially change its format, we will give participants reasonable advance notice.
8.3 We may update, revise, or add to programme materials over time. Where we do so, you will have access to updated versions at no additional charge, provided your access is current. We are not obliged to restore access to previous versions of materials that have been updated.
9. Power Boost Calls
9.1 Three 30-minute Power Boost check-in calls are included in the programme price -- one per calendar month across the three months of the programme. These are personal one-to-one calls with Kathy or Jennifer, conducted via video or telephone.
9.2 Calls must be booked via the booking link provided in the programme. We will do our best to offer appointment slots that suit your schedule, but availability is not guaranteed on any particular date or time.
9.3 Included calls must be used within the three-month programme period. Unused calls do not roll over and are not exchangeable for cash or other services.
9.4 Calls may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours' notice will be treated as used and will not be replaced.
9.5 Additional Power Boost sessions beyond those included in the programme are available to book at a fee to be agreed at the time of booking. Details are available by contacting us directly.
9.6 Power Boost calls are business support conversations, not therapy or counselling. Nothing discussed in a call constitutes professional financial, legal, or medical advice.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All content forming part of the Run the Show programme -- including but not limited to video content, workbooks, templates, swipe files, scripts, frameworks, and the brand (including the names "Run the Show", "Bitzy Woof", and "Hullabaloo" and associated imagery) -- is the intellectual property of RST Developments Ltd and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
10.2 On purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the programme materials for the purposes of improving your own business. This licence does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
10.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works from programme materials without our prior written permission.
10.4 Any templates, swipe files, or scripts you adapt for use in your own business are yours to use. However, you must not present or resell these materials as your own original products.
10.5 The Know Your Numbers Calculator made available as a free download to masterclass registrants is provided for personal use only, subject to the same restrictions set out in this section.
11. Testimonials and Case Studies
11.1 We may wish to feature your experience of the programme as a testimonial or case study on our website, in marketing materials, or on social media. We will always ask for your permission before doing so.
11.2 Any testimonial or case study we publish will be accurate and will not be edited in a way that misrepresents your experience. You may withdraw consent for the use of your testimonial or case study at any time by contacting us, after which we will remove it from active use as soon as is reasonably practicable.
12. Using This Website
12.1 You may view, download, and print pages from this website for your own personal or business use. You may only use this website for lawful purposes.
12.2 You must not use this website in any way that causes damage to the website or impairs its availability; for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose; to transmit malicious software; or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected systems.
12.3 We reserve the right to restrict access to areas of this website at our discretion.
13. Third-Party Platforms and Links
13.1 The programme is hosted on FreedomKit. Your use of that platform is also subject to FreedomKit's own terms. We are not responsible for any service interruptions, data issues, or changes to FreedomKit's platform that are outside our control.
13.2 This website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for your convenience and do not signify endorsement. We have no control over the content of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss arising from your use of them.
13.3 The programme includes reference to and recommendations of third-party tools (including AI tools). These references are provided for information only and do not constitute endorsement. We have no commercial relationship with these tools unless stated, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, or suitability for your purposes.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 We provide the programme and all associated content with reasonable care and skill. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, income levels, or results, as these depend on factors outside our control, including your individual circumstances and how you apply what you learn.
14.2 To the extent that the masterclass and any free materials are provided without charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from your use of them.
14.3 We are not liable for any business losses, including loss of profits, income, revenue, anticipated savings, business, contracts, or commercial opportunities. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of data. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage.
14.4 Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase of the programme is limited to the amount you paid us.
14.5 You agree not to bring any claim personally against our officers or employees. This does not limit the liability of the company itself.
14.6 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
15. Consumer Rights
15.1 If you are purchasing as a consumer (that is, not in the course of a business), you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable consumer protection legislation. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
15.2 Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply, you would ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase. By accessing any programme content (including module videos, workbooks, or downloadable materials) before the end of that 14-day period, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate performance of the contract and that your right of cancellation will be lost at that point. We provide the money-back guarantee described in Section 6 as an alternative protection in place of that statutory right.
16. Confidentiality
16.1 We treat all information you share with us during the programme -- including details about your business, clients, pricing, and personal circumstances discussed during Power Boost calls -- as confidential. We will not share it with third parties except where necessary to deliver the programme (for example, where a call is conducted by Jennifer rather than Kathy, relevant context may be shared between us).
16.2 You agree to treat as confidential any proprietary frameworks, methodologies, or materials provided as part of the programme that are not publicly available.
17. Data Protection
17.1 We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration number ZA373034).

19.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
